Luke on the other hand never really wanted to talk about "the show" or the songs he would be singing. Avery was able to tell me what songs his class was going to sing, so I tried to get him to practice at home and get excited about being on stage. His teacher kept telling me he was doing such a great job, but I set my expectations really low. Last year he ran off stage before they even began.
I was so happy and pleasantly surprised that Luke did the entire performance! He did not even appear nervous and seems to have fun. What a shock!
